From booking to the very last latte, here’s everything you need to know about bringing Wildflower Coffee TX to your event.

  • How much do your services cost?

    Our pricing depends on several different factors like guest count, length of service, location of your event, and much more. For the accurate pricing, click on the "Request A Quote" button anywhere on this page so we can learn more about your event!

  • What does your menu include?

    All espresso bar menus include espresso, americanos, cappuccinos, lattes, & 4 flavored syrups. All drinks can be served hot or iced with the choice between whole and oat milk. You have the option to also add on upgrades like cold brew, hot chocolate, lemonades and Iced Tea.

  • Can you customize my package?

    Yes! We can add custom branded hot/cold cups or branded printing on the drinks.

  • What are your space and power requirements?

    The beauty of our cart is that we can fit almost anywhere! To allow for the best experience, we will need at least a 6' by 6' space for the cart and our barista(s).

    For power, each cart set up will require one (1) dedicated 15-amp circuit.

  • What areas does the mobile catering cart service?

    We proudly serve Bulverde, the Texas Hill Country, Boerne, New Braunfels, San Antonio and surrounding areas. Our mobile coffee cart catering is available for weddings, corporate events, private parties, and more throughout these regions.

  • How far in advance should we book your mobile coffee catering for our office event?

    We recommend booking at least four weeks in advance to ensure availability and to allow time for any customizations or special requests. Last-minute bookings may be possible but are subject to availability.
